Empty machines at the end of the cycle
At the end of the cycle, the machine must be emptied. If the customer is absent, the next customer is authorised to empty it. Unattended garments may be removed by management.
Proper use of tables, baskets and trolleys
Do not occupy tables, baskets or more than one trolley longer than necessary. Folding tables must be left clear and clean after use.
Dryer priority
When there is a queue, customers who have used the washing machines have priority for dryers and may join the dryer queue when their wash ends.
No domestic detergents
External detergents are not permitted. OndaBlu machines automatically dispense professional detergents; unauthorised products may compromise washing results and cause damage.
Liability
Management is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the machines or for items or garments left unattended.
